Aaron

Aaron was the 5th person fired. He was the Project Manager and they lost. Trump didn't like it that Aaron didn't participate in the verbal sparring that goes on in the Boardroom. He didn't like it that Aaron didn't participate last week either when he sat in as the winning Project Manager.

My advice for Aaron: You were true to yourself and, to you, that obviously means being quiet and observing. However, if you were intent on becoming the Apprentice, you would have been learning what Trump expected in the Boardroom and would have been able to affect a compromise between how you usually conduct yourself and what Mr. Trump expects -- while still being true to your values. Even a couple of sentences would have eliminated the picture Mr. Trump had in his mind of you contributing nothing. Now, unfortunately, he has this picture of "Aaron, the Quiet One." Your questions to the losing team last week could have been innocuous, maybe something like, "And how would you have done it differently now?". That would have given them an opportunity to show Trump what they have learned through this last fiasco. Possibly a win/win situation there. An article that will help you, in my opinion, in the future is "Decisions Determine Your Destiny".

Aaron, 25, grew up in Columbia, Maryland.

He earned All-conference and All-region NCAA baseball honors while getting his degree in business administration at the University of Mary Washington.

He recently received his M.B.A. there in project management, and currently works as a community sales manager, managing sales and marketing operations for a Fortune 150 homebuilder.
