5. Do you know what a Star Formation is? I’ll bet it’s not what you are thinking…

Welcome to the fifth of my 30 daily tips on Health!

Have you ever run energy through your body?  What does running energy do for you?  When you run energy, you unclog blockages in your body that cause illness or pain.

Let me tell you about the Star Formation.  (Use this daily to receive an all-around good feeling and start your  day off right!)

Set the timer for five minutes.

NOTE:  in the beginning, you might not be able to go the whole five minutes and that’s OK. Stop whenever you feel the need to. The thing is to get better and better.

Stand in a place you won’t be disturbed. Spread your arms straight out. The palm of your left hand should be facing up and the palm of your right hand should be facing down.

Your feet should be about shoulder width apart.

Feel the energy coming from the universe into your left palm.

Feel the energy coming from Mother Earth into your right palm.

Feel that energy travel from one palm to the other, back and forth.

Feel the energy spread across your shoulders.

Now, direct the energy to go from you right hand to your left foot, from your left foot to the top of your head, from the top of your head to your right foot, then diagonally back to your left hand.

Thus, you have the Star Formation — the energy moves in the shape of a star. Keep it up until you feel the energy in all parts of your body. Then, spread the energy to the area that needs healing the most.

P.S.  I just thought I’d tell you about one of my experiences.  One morning I woke up feeling lousy, so I did the Star Formation.  After a few minutes, I felt much better, but I was weak. I sat in the chair and let my body do nothing but perspire. This may happen to you, so be sure to take the necessary precautions.  One of which is to have a chair close by that you can quickly sit in.  :)
